You have a good chance of getting a call from IIM Ranchi PGDHRM. The college provides one of the best HR programs in India. But your ultimate conversion will depend upon your performance in the subsequent selection rounds. There's always a huge competition for PGDHRM of IIM Ranchi but prepare well for it and you can get through.

Apart from that you can also get IIMs like Sambalpur, Sirmaur, Rohtak, Kashipur, Jammu, Bodhgaya and Raipur.

And you can also check out some other colleges apart from IIMs like

• MDI Gurgaon
• Sailesh J Mehta, IIT Bombay
• NITIE
• Department of Management, IIT Madras
• IMT Ghaziabad
• IMI Delhi
• FORE School of Management
• VGSOM IIT Kharagpur and others.

These are equally good colleges in terms of academics and placements. But if you're particularly concerned about an HR program MDI Gurgaon and IMI Delhi are also pretty good.
