IIT Roorkee: As per placement report of IIT Roorkee 2015-17, following are the figures
With a batch of 57 students, 53 offers, 52 students were placed and 2 of them opt out. Average CTC - Rs. 9.18 lakhs per annum, Highest CTC - Rs. 14. 5 lakhs per annum.

If you ask me to select between these 3 colleges your obvious choice should be IMT Ghaziabad>IIT kanpur> IIT Roorkee.
With 95 percentile you will also get calls from all new IIMs and Ultra new IIMs. So wait for the result. If you get a chance to get admission in IIMs like IIM Trichy, IIM Udaipur, IIM Ranchi then don't miss them at all. These are the fastest growing IIMs and have a very good placement record. You can also look for MDI Gurgaon, S.P. Jain, JBIMS Mumbai if their applications have not been closed.

Your percentile and academic profile seems to be decent enough and you pose strong chances of converting almost all the calls that you have currently. Now comparing the three calls that you hold,
*IMT Ghaziabad hosts a good faculty, a great campus and an industrial environment around being in the NCR region. It recently completed its placement for the session with average CTC of Rs. 10.8 lpa. Highest observed package was Rs. 21.17 lpa. Around 535 students including those in the flagship and DCP program participated in the placements this year. A total of 105 companies visited the campus during the placement week making 357 offers to the students.
*IIT Kanpur- The Department of Industrial Management and Training of IIT Kanpur hosts testimony of industrial exposure to its students via campus placements. It's well known for the quality of managerial education offered. Highest CTC offered was 12.64 lpa and the average was around 10.42 lpa. Total number of recruiters were 28 oweing to the relatively small batch strength. These figures are of batch 2015-17 and other years have shown placements on these lines too.
*IIT Roorkee- IIT Roorkee is again known for its academic credentials and a good and consistent placement performance. For a recent Batcg the average CTC was 9.10 lpa, for the top 50%, the average was around 11.15 lpa, and the top 20% the average was 13.56 lpa. Good number of well-known recruiters are added to the process each year.
