Dear Aditya, your total marks should also include your Vocational course marks. But because you dont have marks in that column and you only have grades given there, you should convert the grade to marks. To calculate the marks, you need to multiply the grade by 9.5. So you are correct. Multiply the provional gradr by 9.5 and you will get the marks.
