CBSE and NCERT both are same (or) different syllabus?
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) serves as the governing body responsible for overseeing the education system in CBSE-affiliated schools. The NCERT is a an autonomous organisation of the Government of India that produces textbooks designed for different board schools. It is worth noting that a majority of CBSE-affiliated schools utilise NCERT textbooks as they comprehensively cover all the subjects included in the CBSE syllabus.

National council of education research and training ( NCERT) is an apex resource in organisation of government of India with headquarters in New Delhi.
Here it helps the CBSE and state boards to help in academic matters related to school and college ( 12 class) education.it is an educational source.
It is a publisher or organisation which publishes books for studying subject in CBSE.
Central board of secondary education:
It is the primary board of exams which conducts exam related to CBSE board and subsequent to CBSE board examinations. It is not compulsory it will recommend you go through with ncerts and it is not mandatory to take only That material.
