Hello student,
As a private candidate, you need to fill in your application form at the official website of CBSE: www.cbse.nic.in
These forms are generally released in the last week of October, and can be filled till mid November. There is no expectation regarding the change of thiese dates. However, the exact dates will be announced later at the official website of CBSE.
You need to pay a fee of Rs. 900 for 5 subjects, Rs. 180 more for one additional subject, Rs. 200 more for the second additional subject. And also you need to pay Rs. 80 for each practical subject/ project work.
