"As informed by NIC there is a technical issue in accessing cbse results. The same  is likely to resume in two hours . However , complete results have been sent to all schools and students can obtain their results from schools. The results are also being pushed through Digilocker"

The above message has been tweeted by the CBSE on their official Twitter account.So you can expect the website to start working in an hour.Also they are sending the results through the messages and emails on the official number and mail with them of the candidates.
