Cell in q0 exit the cell cycle but nta ans key show suspend the cell cycle but this is clearly not the ans as q0 is apart of the cell cycle

Yes. I think it is correct. There is nothing like exiting cell cycle in actual. Cell cycle refers to the stages through which a cell passes during its life time. Q0 stage is one when there is no division or any metabolism happening for cell division, but there do occur survival of the cell.
