Cell in G0 phase is Exit

Hi,

Go phase can be considered as an extended G1 phase.

Cells in the Go phase exit the G1 phase however they do not exit the cell cycle. Although they do not divide however they still carry out their functions.

And acc to NCERT, in go phase cells might exit the g1phase but it doesnt exit the actual cell cycle.

So as per neet Qs, suspend can be consodered as an accurate option.

All the best

NEET mostly gives preference to NCERT lines. And NCERT states cell might exit g1 phase but doesn't exit cell cycle.
