I have personally used the series. They are a bit advanced for NEET Medical and are meant more for Engineering Entrances. However if you feel it to be useful, u may go ahead using the book

Honestly speaking, it depends on you whether the book is good or not. If youre comfortable with learing from it, then please go ahead and use it.
Personally, i recommend you be well prepared with NCERT textbooks and practice MCQs
You can use any decent books, like Arihant, SChand etc.

They are a bit tough if u are focusing on NEET only ...
Try some easier ones that would save ur time and u will be able to do focused study and secure good marks
