Yeah! You can use the central ews certificate in Maharastra NEET counselling. For state counselling you must be e a domicile of the state of Maharastra in order to be eligible for the 85% state quota seats. So no need to worry about it.
To be eligible for NEET you must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 10+2 and you must score at least 50% in your 10+2. For reserved category the marks required are:
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
Also you must be 17 years and above in order to be eligible for the examination within December 31 of the appearing year.
