COE BTech Admission Minimum Eligibility Criteria 2018
Aspirants must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in PCM and 50% marks in Mathematics separately.
Aspirants must have passed Class 12th with Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
Besides the above, aspirants must also comply with the eligibility requirements of KEAM as admissions to BTech programmes at COE is based on this exam. For more details of KEAM eligibility criteria, click the link above.
COE BTech Admission and Selection Process 2018
To secure admissions to BTech programmes at College of Engineering Trivandrum, aspirants must have qualified KEAM(Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical Entrance Exam) conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Exams (CEE).
COE BTech Application Process 2018
Besides applying on the official website of the institute, eligible aspirants also need to apply for KEAM for admissions to BTech programmes at the institute.
KEAM 2018 application process
Aspirants can apply and submit the application form for KEAM 2018 online for all courses. However, if a candidate submits more than one printout of the application then, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled.
Any aspirant who does not belong to SC/ST community will be treated as General category candidate for the collection of application fee. The application fee for all candidates will be as follows:
General : Rs.800/-
SC / ST : Rs.400/-
Aspirants can apply for KEAM in the following ways.
Step 1: KEAM 2018 Registration
This is a one-time procedure. During this process, aspirants will get a system generated Application Number.
KEAM Login: In order to successfully register for KEAM, aspirants need to create a login.
Step 2: Upload Images
Aspirants are required to upload a recent passport size photograph, signature and left hand thumb impression, all in jpeg format of given specifications.
Step 3: Filling application form for KEAM
Aspirants will be required to fill all the basic information, such as their name, education, date of birth, email ID, phone number etc
Step 4: Payment of KEAM Application Fee
At this step, aspirants have to provide payment details of application fee.
Step 5: Printout of the Application
Aspirants need to take a printout of the online submitted application form which contains all the information provided by the candidate. Candidates should also get the Course Certificate and Nativity Certificate provided in the application.
Step 6: Send the printout of application and supporting documents to CEE
At the last step, aspirants need to affix their photograph of 3.5 x 4.5 cm size which is same as the photograph uploaded on the online application duly attested by the Head of the Institution which he/she studied last or by a Gazetted Officer.
The applicant as well as his/her parent should sign in the specified areas on the printout of the application and attach supporting documents/certificates and send the same to the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, at the below mentioned address:
