To apply for SSC CGL Exam, candidates just need the graduation and 10, 12th certificate. There is not required any percentage criteria for SS CGL Exam.

The candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation can also apply for SSC CGL 2019, however, they must possess Essential qualification on or before 01st August 2020.

For posts of Assistant Section Officer (CSS), Assistant Section Officer (MEA), Assistant in Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) under M/o Corporate Affairs, Assistant (GSI) in M/o Mines, Computer Proficiency Testhas also been prescribed as an Essential Qualification.

“The degree obtained from distance education or open universities are acceptable under the SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria, but the University should have recognition from Distance Education Council, IGNOU.”

Some age limit is decided by the SSC. You can check the complete SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria here. The Age Limit is 18-32 years, but it can be varied according to the post.

The basic and compulsory education qualification required under SSC CGL Eligibility is holding a Bachelor's Degree / Graduation or any equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or Institute.

There's no bar regarding minimum % in graduation or 12th or 10th to be eligible for ssc cgl .

So , once you pass your graduation,  you will be eligible for ssc cgl.
