university of calcutta is right now better than chandigarh university however it's your view or choice that fit you the best
after looking into the progress made by these two university one can clearly say chandigarh university is how making better progress.
the infrastructure and all other facility is a bit better in chandigarh university than university of calcutta.
but if you will look at the fee structure university of calcutta is cheaper and more value to money
