VIT never publishes previous year question or your marks which you scored in the Entrance or anything like that. You will just have to speculate.
But generalizing everything i can say that keep your focus mainly on class 12th Syllabus. I am not saying that 11th is not important but most of the question comes from 12th only. Especially Chapters like , Current Electricity, Modern Physics, Alternating Currents, Integral Calculus, Organic and Solutions.
