Motion of particles and rotational motion will have a high weightage ie around 5% of the total paper, then Thermodynamics will also have close to 9% weightage, kinetic theory, oscillations, waves, solids, fluids and gases, waves, laws of motion, kinemetics will all have 3% weightage each. Gravitation and work, energy and power will have 4% weightage and physical world and measurement will have 2% weightage.
In 12th standard chapters, electrostatics will have 9% weightage and current electricity and electromagnetic induction will have 8% weightage each, magnetic effects of electric current and magnetism will have 3% weightage each. Optics will have 10% weightage and modern physics will have 12% weightage.
