The fees of Medical Colleges in India depends upon various factors like State of the college, Caste of the applicant(your Caste). In short, Fees in Mahrashtra is different while fees in Jharkhand is different.
If you are asking about Private colleges then there is no such thing like "cheap". Even the least fees is around 5 to lakhs per annum. While in Government colleges you can even Study at 5 to 10k per Year.
