NEET eligibility criteria states aspirants have to pass 12th with an aggregate of 50% marks in PCB and English as it's a compulsion.
In that case you are not eligible.

But here Iam providing you the eligibility criteria of neet ug 2020.
Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Chemistry, Biology and Physics as mandatory subjects. They must have scored a minimum of 50% in aggregate and in each subject too. OBC/ SC/ST candidates must have scored a minimum of 40% while PwD candidates must score at least 45% in the qualifying exam.
so if you're fulfilling the above condition then you are eligible for neet ug 2020.
