Dear aspirant,
MS Ramaiah Institute of technology is a private university in bangalore. Now coming to your question both are good branches and both are core engineering departments. The opportunities in one may differ like if you like Goverment exams like UPSC, SSC JE and you prefer civil engineering subject like Construction Project Management, Geotechnical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Structural Analysis etc.you must enroll civil engineering but if you want to work in a company like IOCL, ONGC and you prefer chemical engineering subject like thermodynamics, heat transfer , mass transfer you can enroll in chemical engineering. College Comparison based on Courses, Placement, Rank, Fee
Hi Aspirant,
Both the branches are good in ramaiha institute of technology.
First of all make sure in which field you have more interest then look for college.
I will suggest for chemical engineering.
the branch definitely has higher scope. a lot of opportunity awaits after the 4 years end.
Chemical boasts of companies like Vedanta, IOCL, HPCL, Asian Paints, Schlumberger, etc although the average is the same as 4–5lpa, as would expect in the core sector, the growth is high.
Overall decision is yours.
I hope this was helpful to you.
All the best for your future.
