chemical engineering krna kaisa hoga
Hello There ,
Each branch has it's own merits and de-merits . In chemical engineering , first of all , chemical engineering is equivalent to process engineering , you get to study , the different steps involved in different process and application in large scale . Some of the subjects which you get to learn include , mass balance , instrumentation , chemical process calculations , advanced statistics , data analytics (to some extent) , introductory , spark , hadoop etc for process management etc .
So it depends whether you like these topics and have interest to learn them , and there are many other fields also within the branch in which you can also continue your research if , you wish to go for MS/PhD .
Some of the best colleges for chemical engineering -
1) old IIT's
2) Indian Institute of Petroleum and energy (iipe)
3) RGIPT
iipe and RGIPT are chemical and petroleum specialized institutes , so better academics and research opportunities are present in these colleges .
4) top NIT's and new IIT's
5) BITS Pilani
6) ICT Mumbai
and many other good colleges are also there .
Hope it Helps and All the Best for future endeavors .
To pursue chemical engineering, you first need to choose a college for the same, and then the eligibility criteria of that particular college, if there is need of JEE main marks to get admission in that college, then prepare for JEE exam and appear for the exam, there are some colleges those take admission on the basis of their own entrance exam, and also on the basis of their own merit list, so first you need to select a good college for your Engineering and then the eligibility criteria of that college.
Hope this helps, all the best.
