Hello,
IISC doesn't provides B.Sc courses, they offer a 4-year BS programs.IISc BS admission is done on the basis of scores obtained by candidates in JEE Main, JEE Advanced and KVPY exams other than that there is no entrance test will be conducted for admission in IISc BS seperately.
In order to he eligible for appearing the exams like JEE and KVPY , a candidate must have maths as a subject in class 12th and then only he wil be considered eligible.

Sorry, but mathematics is among the three of the compulsory subjects along with physics and chemistry which a candidate should must have studied in 11th and 12th and passed the boards with pcm as main subjects.
Hence,one not having mathematics in 12th board isn't eligible for admission over there.
