Dear suryansh,

The three branches Electrical, Mechanical and civil all have individual scope in their respective fields.It totally depend on you that which you have to choose.The factor you must keep in mind is that you should have interest in that particular branch
From these three you can fight government exam of IES .So all the three are best.In this current India these three branches are in stage of evolution and developing these days.
Civil engineering is about construction of structure and design ,maintanence of other building and monuments.where as mechanical is about machinery,mechanics of automobile etc.
And the last one electrical is all about design And maintanence of electrical control system.
