Hello,
If you are facing problem while submitting phase 2 form for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya for standard IX then i would advise you to first check the log in Credentials.
Check if you have filled the details correctly. Sometimes the entries are Case sensitive so you must fill them the right way.
Additionally you can try clearing your browser history and all the cookies and cache from your web browser.
