Hey,

For post graduate CLAT examination, there will be 100 objective type questions and candidates who secure 40% (35% in case of SC, ST and PWD) in the objective test will be considered qualified for evaluation of subjective type questions. The number of seats for PG is around 720 (for NLUs).

The application process will start from 1st January and examination will be on 10th May 2020.The candidate has to first successfully fill the application form of CLAT 2020 and then qualify in the national-level exam. The seat allotment of CLAT 2020 will be done in merit-cum-preference basis.

For eligibility, the candidate must have passed LLB or equivalent exam from a recognised university with minimum score of 55%. For more information regarding the exam, check the link below:

A number of PSUs recruit on the basis of CLAT. Currently, onlyBHEL, ONGC and POSOCO havesigned an MOU with the Common Law Admission Test 2020for using CLAT scores to recruit PG graduates in various posts available.IOCL and other organizations areyet to release the job description.PSUs hire candidates as a Legal Executive Trainee, Assistant Legal Advisor, Trainee Legal Advisor. Each year the recruitment is done by independent PSUs to hire officers to handle legal affairs of their enterprises.
