You have secured decent ranks in both these CETs. So, you now have to choose between them depending on your interests. If you are more inclined towards management and want to work as a supervisor of corporate affairs, then BBA is a better option. Whereas, B.Com (H) focuses on accounting and finance. You will be dealing with financial methodology rather than management. So, find what suits you and choose the course. BBA in MSIT will be tough to get but you might get it in the 3rd or 4th round depending upon the crowd. You will easily get B.Com in MSIT in 1st or 2nd round as per last year's trends. But keep a check on this year's cutoff as it might be different.
Yash, as you know BBA is a professional course. It offers an in-depth knowledge and skills in the area of business management and entrepreneurship whereas B.Com gives knowledge in general business principles, accounting, finance, law, Economy structures etc.
You should first identify your interest zones then decide which course you should take up. In future if you wish to pursue MBA, then BBA will be more preferable although you can take up other courses as well. On the other hand, B.Com opens more number of options after graduation.
As for MSIT, yes you can very well admission there. This is based on your rank and previous year cutoffs. They usually close admission after 15k rank. But again it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper.
