Both cloud computing and python form the basis for many future technologies like AI etc. Python js a very important language which helps in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics etc which all have a very wide scope in future. In future the server cpncepts would slowly start to reduce and storing and working with data in cloud would start prevailing. Javascript has its own base which is a very important language useful in the field of web development. But many new new techniques are overshadowing the impact of Javascript. Java as we all know is the programming language of the present, but it will also slowly start diminishing if python makes its mark in the future. Although Java has its own advantages and many efficient methodologies, it is better to learn cloud and python which would really fetch good packages in the long run with a good job profile.
