cmc vellore is considered to be second best college after aiims delhi for mbbs. even if it is a private medical college is ranked 2nd best college in india. you are scoring a decent score to get cmc vellore. we are predicting on the basis of previous year trend. however we are not sure about this year as cut off changes every year dependinh upon no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. so hope for good result this year.

Well according to last year's cutoff to get into CMC vellore you need to score a minimum of 490 marks and as you say you are scoring 540 which means yes you can get admission in there.

As much I have heard CMC is one of the most famous medical colleges in India. It is as good as other medical colleges. So you should definitely give it a try.
