Mainly focusing on placements, I would be suggesting for MNIT for MS in Civil Branch because, in comparison to COEP, it is having a good placement. Altogether, we know that civil engineering placement is quite a difficult task but between these two colleges, you should go for MNIT. It is also a well-known public technical university.
