College of Engineering, (COER Roorkee) offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses, namely, B.Tech. in eight different specializations and M.Tech. in two different specializations. There are a total of 810 seats and 36 seats in B.Tech. and M.Tech., respectively.

The top recruiters that ofeer placements to the students are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, HCL, etc. COER also has collaborations with many companies like IBM, Infosys Technologies, Microsoft Corporation, and Oracle Corporation to offer students with great opportunities to learn and to be able to learn the proffessional work scenario with the companies and their work culture.

75% students were placed from the branch of BTech CSE in 2020. The highest package offered was of 14 LPA and the lowest was 4.5 LPA. The average package offered to the students were 5 LPA. Many companies offered placement to the students of the college, some of them were JARO education, Extramarks, Wipro, HSBC. 90% students from the branch got internships.
