college reopen in this situation is good or not..... Because everyone knows college students are not gonna follow these rules even 1%.... In boys hostel 20 student lie down in one room...... So its best situation to open college now?????

In this current situation, India has rolled out two vaccines but the vaccination is still in the primary stages and it's only being provided to the front line workers at this moment.
If the colleges open at this particular time, then there is still risk of an outbreak of the pandemic in clusters as students do not follow the rules and regulations very effectively in hostels.
So, I think that it's still some time left before your college should reopen in regular basis.
