hello,

it seems like you want to ask us whether the classes are being conducted in colleges or not. the answer to this question is , it depends on colleges to colleges depending on the branch you have chosen and the efforts you want to put in getting the degree.

to be honest, if you take up a good course and prepare for the several entrance exams conducted in the country, you will surely get selected in one of the good colleges where the classes will be commenced .
