Yes, i I guess Anna University also provides the course. A lot of other colleges provide the course and the list is very long. You can google it if you want

Well, that's a pretty ambiguous question.
It all depends on what you want for yourself. If you're interested in Mechatronics then it's the best career option for you. Salary doesn't matter because it is a very good field. You just have to love the subject you are studying. That's all.
