I have used the careers360 college predictor for kcet rank and applied general eligibility criteria to find the college.

you can get cse or ise branch in any college but it really depends on what college are you looking into,

some of the colleges in which you may get cse branch are-

HKE society's PDA college of engineering , gulbarga

PES institute of technology , bangalore south campus, bangalore
