i scored 64.30 percentile in CAT and i belong to the OBC-NC category so which colleges should i apply

Based on your percentile mentioned you can expect average management colleges. You can check your chances through CAT pathfinder tool and check what all bschools whether IIMs or non IIM's you can expect based on certain parameters like Marks, caste category, your percentile etc.
