Sorry to say but as per your rank you will not get any colleges with any good branches.There are some college in which you may apply but there the only branch  you will get is chemical engineering.Colleges like PNS Institute ,Presidency University,KNS Institute,Jain college,ACS college are some colleges where you will get chemical.I suggest you to try for other colleges and their exams.
