Comedk 1st round councelling is from 1july to 13july..Can you plzz tell me when will the 2nd round of councelling will take place in 2019??

The dates are really unpredictable but it must take place around mid of july as the extended round will be held by first week of july. Still can't be 100% sure about the dates. If you have any plans regarding it, I would suggest you to keep them flexible.
