Hello,

Congratulations you have been alloted a seat in the computer science branch.But if want to prefer BMS/MSRIT over BIT,Bangalore then it's good.

But if possible,try for cs/it at BMS in further rounds of counselling.But it's not possible to directly jump from BIT cs to BMS Ece in the second round,so please attend all the rounds of counselling.

You may get ECE at BMS/MSRIT till the end.

And i want to suggest you that,if you are getting a decent college like BMS,RVCE then i think you can go for ECE beacuse there are many opportunities in the future,that you can get into the CS/IT sector,but if you choose CS at Bit,cambridge...etc type of colleges,you may even get low opportunities and the package offered here might be even low than your expectations.

So,try getting a seat in BMS,MSRIT,RVCE,Ramaiah institute of technology..etc in CS/IT(if possible)and ECE if available.
