If it is possible to put half an year more you can pursue Bcom Hons degree from any college. But if there is this time restraint you can refer to ACCA course- https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en.html
It is a 14 paper course which can be finished in this time frame. It's online and you can register and give papers byself studying
