No, you cannot write Du jat jat for bba/bbm. You can ch ck the detailed eligibility criteria for the exam here in the below link:

Here it is clearly mentioned students should have english & maths along with all other 2 electives that du recognise (the list is also provided there) with a minimum of 60% in them.
