Hello, every college has their own pros and cons while ms ramaiah is a private college,  hassan medical college is government that means low fees and high cutoff. Both the colleges are affiliated from the same raguv gandhi university but for ms ramaiah you need to give much more fees as compared to hassan medical college. Other facilities like hostels and other things are the same but for wifi you get that in m s ramaiah and not in hassan medical college. I hope this helps.
