BMM stands for Bachelor of Mass Media is a 3 year U.G program which is the study of subjects that are related to communication mediums to convey a message to great number of audience. The examples of medium are Newspapers, Radio, Magazines, Books, Television, Advertisements etc.

BCA stands for Bachelor of Computer Applications is a 3 year U.G program which deals with computer applications and software development programs. It includes database management systems, operating systems etc. It teaches you different computer languages like C++ , HTML , JAVA , PYTHON etc.
