No u cant. You have to pass with 50% in all the subjects before you appear for the NEET.

No a student who has got a compartment cannot be held eligible for giving or appearing in the counselling procedures of Neet

Dear Ashutosh,
Sorry to inform but you are not eligible to appear NEET. To write NEET you need to pass higher secondary education by clearing compartment exam or by clearing improvement examination.
