Dear Divya, for joining Masters, before you start applying for Universities, it is important to select the University that you want to join. There are 7 Microbiology Masters programmes in Germany. You can choose from Molecular BioSciences from Unuversity of Heidelberg, M.Sc in Microbiology from FSU Jena, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from University of Potsdam, Marine Microbiology from IMPRS MarMic, etc. Once you decide on an University, you need to jolt down their Eligibility criteria. The Scores they need in IELTS/TOEFL. German Universities also prefer their International Students to have Basic German linguistic skills. You need to have a certification for that. You need to have the list of documents listed in the website ready along with a strong letter of recommendation. Regarsingbthe financial part, there are scholarships for candidated who have excellent academic record and you can also avail bank loans. There are 2 enrollments for colleges in Germany: Winter enrollment which is from end of May and 15th of July and Summer enrollment is from beginning of December and 15th of January.  You need to start preparing atleast a year before.
