You should not look only on the basis of cse and salary packages . You should go for what your heart says. If you really have interest in cse then it's good if you get cse in any of your preferred IITs. I don't think after studying cse you should take up mba as it is not something which a cse does.
After B.Tech in CSE, especially from the IITs, you have high chances of landing with a 20+LPA Package. Fees of Top IIMs as well as Reputed Management Institutes like XLRI are nearly 20-25 Lakhs nowadays. It will definitely beneficial, if you get a short 2 year Work Experience after B.Tech, with some of the Leading Software/IT/Finance Companies, make good savings and utilise that henceforth in your MBA Education. Secondly, a work experience is greatly valued by Panels during Interview, and you automatically become a more preferred candidate of the lot.
