It depends on College to College. Usually the CSE Department has high fee structure among all the reputed private engineering colleges eventhough in Government colleges also like IIT NIT'S etc they has a fee structure of nearly 1.5 to 2 lakh per annum. So approx the fee structure for CSE will be like minimum 1 lakh if you are doing from good engineering college.
