computer science and technology
Hey!
Computer Science Engineering is a course that focuses on the design, development and mangement of the information systems of software as well as hardware processes. A computer scientist is a specialist in Computation theory and Computational System design. Electrical and electronics engineering, information technology, software engineering, and other fields aids from Computer Science Engineering.
B.E, B.Tech and M.Tech degree courses in Computer Science Engineering are available at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. at the undergraduate level, B.Tech in computer science is popular while M.Tech in Computer Science is popular at the postgraduate level. Candidates can obtain different entry-level employment in the IT Sector or related Industries after completing a degree programme in conputer science, provided they meet the needed skill set, which includes understanding of disciplines such as programming, database administration, data structures and more.
Various Universities have different qualifying standards for computer science UG courses(B.E or B.Tech). Some colleges admit students based on merit from their 10+2 grades, while others use entrance exam screening criteria ti assess their qualifications. Students can, however, find the following qualifying requirements for Computer Science courses such as B.E. or B.Tech:-
- Candidates must have completed their 10+2 with a minimum of 50% in required courses such as physics, chemistry and maths.(In the case if NITs,IITs, and GFTIs, 75% in 10+2).
- Candidates must have passed the entrance exam required by the University to which they wish to apply.
- Candidates who pass the entrance test must attend counselling in order to be considered for admission to various B.Tech or B.E degree programmes in Computer Science.
