Both the courses are good but if you want to compare a more job oriented course then I would recommend you to go for Diploma in CSE over BSc CS this is because if you go for BSc then you will not be able to get a job just after the course because CS don't contain that much of practical skills which you can apply in industries, for that you need to do a MSc.

Now if you consider Diploma in CSE then also you will not get very good positions as most companies prefer BTech CSE graduates. So if you can complete the BTech after Diploma through lateral entry examination i.e., you will get direct admission to the 2nd year of BTech.

But after Diploma also there are vacancies so you can go for it but after BSc the scope to work in industries isn't good.
