I would suggest to choose NSIT Patna in terms of better exposure, placements,and infrastructure.
This college will give you better exposure than the latter part,hence you can choose NSIT Patna .
But it is your choice to choose your college,as I can only suggest you good choice.

Hello
Both of them are pretty great colleges but Bhagalpur Engineering college is overall a great choice since its faculty is great as well as the placements are excellent, the alumni of this college is helpful and are placed in PSUs the college also provides internship opportunities in PSU.
Overall Bhagalpur Engineering college is a great choice
