Yes , you can pursue biotechnology after your 12th even if you haven't opted for biology in your 11th and 12th. But it would be better if you clear jee mains and get enrolled in a college through josaa counselling because there is as such no criteria that they want biology as a compulsory subject .

But there are some colleges which requires biology subject as a compulsory one to join biotechnology course .
