see syllabus is slightly different for different universities and institute. I can tell you should have engineering mathematics, engineering physics or chemistry, basic electrical electronics engineering, engineering mechanics, engineering drawings etc. first year syllabus should be same for all departments. I would suggest you to check the official website or ask the HOD of your college for the detailed  syllabus.
