The minimum eligibility for B.Com course is that the candidate should have cleared 10+2 from a recognised educational board with at least of 50% marks (General) and 45% for other caste.

So you can join B.Com  course. Any college will give you admission if you meet the above condition . They won't worry about your Computer Science subject

But if you are pursuing Any undergraduate course in computer science then it would be a mistake to go for B (//B.com) Com degree

You can easily pursue B.Com course . At the beginning time you can have some problem  because subjects will be entirely different from science but after some time you will get used to it and get to know the subjects well.
